Beginning on 02/03/23 all desktop procedure documents and solutions can be found at our FreshService Helpdesk, the same portal to log or track tickets. The FMIS Portal will remain available until 03/01/23.
Once the new account is created, the new user can log into the support system (https://support.cccoe.net) and can click on the Browse Solutions icon on the navigation pane. Here users can find Articles regarding common errors in a variety of modules, as well as Desktop Procedures for Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts Payable and more.
Users can also start a new ticket by clicking Report an Incident or track an existing ticket by clicking Your Tickets. Here you can easily see the status of your ticket, the last response, and reply without having to track down that last system email.
We hope this consolidation of support platforms into one single stop makes finding and receiving the support you need even easier.
